In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn essential woodworking techniques while building your own fully customized photo frame to take home.

Each participant can choose the dimensions of their frame and decide how they’d like to finish the wood — from simple straight edges to rounded, chamfered, or other profiles.

What you’ll learn

• Measure and prepare wood for your project
• Make accurate and angled cuts
• Assemble and join the different parts of the frame
• Safely use woodworking tools
• Create different edge profiles: straight, rounded, chamfered, and more
• Sand and apply the final finish

By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a photo frame made by you, in the size and style you chose.

And the project doesn’t have to end there: outside the scope of the workshop, you can come back to LCD and use the laser cutter to engrave drawings, text, dates, or other personalized details onto your frame.

No previous experience is required — the goal is to learn by doing and become more confident using workshop tools.

Spots are limited.

Children under 12 join free with a registered adult, up to 2 children per adult.
